Prior to joining Baird in 2023, Christian was a corporate development Director at Oikos, a private equity-owned German prefab construction business. Previously, he spent more than 10 years in M&A advisory at Alantra. Christian advised clients ranging from international corporations to family-owned enterprises and private equity on over 20 transactions across various sectors. He started his career as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Christian received a double degree in business administration from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and EM Strasbourg (Diplom-Kaufmann & Master Grande Ecole).
