Professional Experience & Education

Prior to joining Baird in 2020, Marco worked in investment banking at Macquarie Capital and Lazard. Marco has significant experience in M&A and capital raising transactions, having successfully advised on more than 50 completed sell- and buy-side deals, as well as capital raises, for financial sponsors, founders and corporate clients.

Marco received a degree in business administration from the University of Bayreuth (Germany).
